The TEL Upgrade is Live

Telcoin Association's official announcement that the TEL Upgrade is live, converting old TEL one-for-one into new TEL, the token's native form built to power Telcoin Network at mainnet. The upgrade portal opened September 24 at https://tel3.telcoin.network for Ethereum, Polygon, and Base holders, moving TEL from 2 decimals to 18 with no change to ticker, balance, or wallet, and runs on a 24-month migration window with the first 12 months as the primary full 1:1 period.
